REST Counselling
REST Counselling's central mission is to support and restore relationships. Most couples enter marriage without premarital counselling lack essential resources to build sustaining and lasting love. Men in particular receive little or no training in how to make a relationship work. The key to the success of REST Counselling is providing practical resources to help men succeed in building a fantastic relationship. For women the opportunity to recapture the romance of the early relationship comes when she understands what drives and inspires the man she loves, and how central she is to that.
